We have been exploring some 2D shapes within our learning.

We have been learning about squares and rectangles. We have learnt that  square is a 4 sided shape , with four corners all sides are the same.

We have learnt that rectangles have 4 sides , 4 corners . 2 sides are short and 2 sides are long.

We have been matching shapes, Identifying shapes.  Whilst in provision the children have independently and confidently  found some 2D shapes.
