We started our session with a visit to the pond area to look at the spring life. We looked at the frog/toad spawn and the frogs and discussed the life cycle to recall teaching from previous year groups when younger. We then moved into the forest school with the mission of using morse code to relay messages to each other. We used natural materials that we collected for the dots and dashes and set about creating difficult WW2 related messages for each other to crack.
