This week, 3T were faced with a challenge by Miss Thompson. The children were asked to create a structure which protected a chocolate bar from melting. All the children were prompted with was that they must protect their chocolate, alongside some materials which could be used. We discussed the materials and their properties, allowing children a chance to think about which one would be best to protect their chocolate from melting.

All children used excellent problem solving skills to create their structure, showing clear understanding of which materials would be best for their chocolate bar!
